If you’re an existing Denalect customer and you have questions regarding your system, our Service Department is available and on-call 24 hours a day at (800) 273-2680 or (925) 935-2680.

If you’re a prospective Denalect customer, you will need to contact our Business Office at (925) 932-2211 before we can provide service or repair service. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 PM.

Answers to most common questions regarding the use of your alarm or fire system can be found in the operation manual. For example:

  • Arming, dis-arming and resetting your alarm system
  • Silencing the panel during a power interruption
  • Adding and modifying user combinations
  • Bypassing specific areas of protection

If you don’t have a manual for your Denalect alarm system, contact us and we’ll be happy to send one to you. Information on some popular alarm panels are available on-line. If you are unable to find the information you require, a qualified technician is only a phone call away.

Keep in mind that during wide-spread power outages and storms, or after an earthquake, our Service Department receives a large number of phone calls. To prevent unnecessary delays, we strongly encourage you to call us before the next disaster. With a little refresher and/or in-home alarm training, you will know what to do right away – and save time.
